Shipping Process

After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email letting you know it's been received and that we're preparing your items. This preparation usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once everything is ready, your order will be dispatched, and you'll receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

From the moment your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–12 business days (Monday–Friday) from the day you placed it.

We're pleased to offer free shipping on every order shipped within the United Kingdom.
